Of all the things a person could make for me, a good cocktail is high on the list of things that will win my affection. A couple weeks ago Tori and I went to an incredible Fall Harvest dinner at The Polo Bar. It was put on by The Rosé Project, which is just as amazing as it sounds, and was founded by an amazing woman named Kristin, too. It was a night to celebrate fall’s kick off, featuring American fare and, most importantly, American rosé. And boy, was rosé drank! Including this delicious rosé cocktail, a collaboration between The Rosé Project and The Polo Bar – both of whom were kind enough to share the recipe with us.
And if you’re worried rosé is “not for fall” (nonsense!), take comfort knowing it pairs well with an array of foods and flavors that are completely different from summer. Plus this cocktail has layers of flavor and warm spice notes from the aged tequila. Cheers!

1oz Casamigos Reposado Tequila
.75oz Black Rose Liqueur
.25oz Honey Syrup
.25oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 egg white
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker, do not add ice, and shake very hard for 45-60 seconds to froth the egg white into the drink. Then add ice, shake for 30 seconds to chill the drink. Pour into a chilled coupe glass.
