Who needs a driver? Who needs a driver when the weather is practically paradise in Milan and the traffic is stopped up all over the city and you’ve only got 15 minutes to get from a show to a fitting to a café to meet up with your friends?

Not Viviana, who has to be one of the coolest scooteristas in Milan. Not even I come close and I never leave anywhere without my bike which you can see here in the foreground in the corner of the photo.

Yeah of course, Viviana goes a lot faster than I do. There’s a hierarchy in modes of transportation, I suppose. And yeah, of course, Scott messed up his chain earlier and got grease everywhere. And yeah, I screwed up a pair of heels on the gear shift.

But who cares? Life on two wheels is just so freeing.

On that, I’m off to the Ferragamo show, but before I leave – on my bike – take a look at Viviana’s shoes (so cool!). I think we’re seeing the birth of a new trend for next seasons. Plexiglass shoes*.

*It’s gotta be made of something much more advanced than plexiglass, but you get what I’m saying.
