Don’t laugh – what I’m about to say is super serious, it might even change my life:
I’ve started meditating.
Winter weighs on us. And we all have to adapt: to the elements, to the shortening of the hours, to the loss of sunlight. We generally – like polar bears – start to store just a little bit of extra sustenance around our hips, just in case. Winter damages our skin, our hair, and sometimes even our spirits.
