A Beauty Minute with Brooke

5 months ago by

Morning: I use Thalgo Eau Micellaire Cleansing Lotion and La Prairie Power Dual Cream. I use a tiny bit of Cle de Peau or Armani Luminous Silk Foundation, Mac Blot Powder under my eyes and swiped across my nose, Bobbi Brown long wear gel eyeliner with Laura Mercier grey eye shadow over it, applied with a By Terry angled brush. Then Diorshow waterproof mascara, Anastasia brow pencil, and Prescriptives Posh Ginger lipstick which I’ve been wearing forever.

Day: I have used Marilyn Miglin tissue cream for my lips since I was 16 so I always have it in my purse. I carry my Prescriptives lipstick or a Chanel gloss called Unity, which I wore forever but has since been discontinued. Sometimes I don’t feel like lipstick, thought I fantasize I might start wearing red but realistically I can’t see the whole lip liner, lipstick, blotting, etc. routine working for me…

Night: I use Make Up Forever Sens’Eyes makeup remover, then Thalgo Eau Micellaire cleansing lotion again. I use Erasa XEP-30, which is genius and the best line smoothing product – the only one I have ever seen a difference with, but it’s an absolute fortune. Then La Prairie Dual Chamber day and night cream. I am lucky enough to be Linda Wells’ friend, I hang on to her every word.
